Personal Biography

DOUGLAS BUSHMAN

I am Native American and was born in the Big Sky country, the state of Montana. My family of two brothers and three sisters moved to California in 1963. My office is located 40 miles south of San Francisco in the city of Fremont, California. I began doing K1 Visa work for various international introduction companies in the summer of 1994. I have two great sons from a previous marriage named Jason & Derek. In December 2001 I went to Russia and met my future Russian wife, Natalya Guseva through Lifetime Partners. In early December 2002 Natalya and her son Ilya came to the United States and we were married on December 21, 2002.

I enjoy doing K-1 Fiancée Visa petitions because I want to take the stress factor away from my clients when dealing with the Immigration and Naturalization Service.  Instructions from the USCIS are poorly written and any mistake can delay the process. Don't attempt the K1 Visa filing process unless you are sure that you  have covered all the bases and completed the forms and documentation correctly. I also help many of my clients with the Adjustment Of Status process after they get married.

What I have to offer to my clients is my 14 years of experience and knowledge with the USCIS and American Embassy processes.

I have gone through this process myself from beginning to end.

My commitment is that I will give you personalized service and get your approval from the USCIS for your K1 Visa or Adjustment Of Status.

Happiness Always To You And Your Fiancée,
