We want to thank you for your excellent service, I got my visa and I am back here in the USA. I had absolutely no problems getting the visa.  A lot of people that were in Juarez, Mexico getting their visa were talking about their experiences with the INS and lots of them have been trying for years to get their papers ready for the interview and had so many troubles. Some of them also had a lawyer helping them. We are really happy it all works out fine and I know it's because you did a very good job. Kent and I are very happy and very thankful.
