(2) All the necessary USCIS forms will be sent to you along with a complete checklist of items we need from you to process your petition.
(3) Checklist of items and the necessary USCIS forms that we will need from your fiancée will be sent to you.
(4) Additional phone or e-mail consultation to help you understand the process and fill out your forms when you receive them from us. Note: Unlimited Phone or e-mail consultation is there whenever you need the help!
(5) Upon the return of your USCIS forms and supporting documentation to us we will review everything to ensure all USCIS forms and supporting documentation are correct before they are sent. We will complete the USCIS forms for you before sending them for processing to the Service Center.
(6) We will write a cover letter to the USCIS on your behalf detailing your individual petition request.
(7) You will need to write a circumstance of meeting letter to the USCIS based on your individual situation on how you met your fiancée. This letter should include the actual dates and place of the meeting. We will provide you with a sample of how this letter should be written.
(8) Your completed petition request will be sent US Priority Mail with tracking to the Immigration and Naturalization Service Center.
(9) Photocopies of all documents submitted to the USCIS will be sent to you for your records. Important documents for your fiancée will be put into a folder for her to have for reference purposes at the Embassy interview.
(9) Follow-up with you after the approval is received from the USCIS and what happens next in the process which includes American Consulate procedures.
Please Note: Any divorce/birth/death certificate in a foreign language that is submitted by your fiancée needs to be translated into English before sending them to us. (USCIS requirement that must be followed)
